THE BEATLES ZINE
My zine is an intimate journey through emotions, memories, and musical inspirations. Using a Polaroid camera, I created a series of portraits inspired by Linda McCartney’s work—raw, warm, and authentic.
The photographs capture people holding a vinyl record featuring their favorite song by The Beatles. On the left side of each image, the lyrics of their chosen song are displayed—a fragment of their soul expressed through words and sound.
This project explores how music shapes our identity. We get to know the subjects not through their words but through an image and a song—a Polaroid glimpse of them and the music that defines them. It’s an attempt to capture personality through the synergy of photography and music, showing the deep role that favorite melodies and lyrics play in our lives.
